Blue Science Pools

We tried a few pool service companies before finding a team that really fit our needs, and we could not be happier. fair pricing and the best pool service we have had. each week, our pool looks clean, clear, and swim-ready, which is especially important in the Jacksonville heat. they also handle pool equipment repairs when something breaks, keep the system running smoothly, and work around our schedule. we really appreciate how dependable, professional, and easy the whole service has been.

This is the second pool project Blue Science Pools has done for us, and the whole pool building and startup process has been wonderful from start to finish. ernest was our project manager, and if we had a question or concern, he responded quickly and kept everything moving smoothly. roger designed our pool, and we have had many compliments on the layout, finish, and overall look. When it was time to add water and begin the pool cleaning and chemical startup, nolan made sure all the chemicals were balanced correctly and explained the next steps for care in the Jacksonville heat. the communication was clear, the crew was professional, and the entire experience felt easy, organized, and stress free. we are very happy with the workmanship, the service, and how clean and ready the pool was to enjoy.

I had my pool liner replaced by another service not long ago, but it started slipping out of the track and I needed fast help. From the beginning, the pool repair team was great to work with. They responded to my message quickly and sent over a quote the same day. They were also able to schedule the pool liner repair within just a few days and got everything fixed smoothly. Leonard was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole pool repair process in simple detail. He made us feel confident that we had chosen the right pool service for our Jacksonville home. After the work was done, Leonard followed up to make sure we were happy with the results and shared helpful pool care tips for keeping the liner in good shape in the Florida heat. The repair looks great, the liner sits properly in the track again, and the pool is ready to enjoy. I would definitely recommend them for pool liner repair and pool maintenance help.

We absolutely love our pool service team. Roger, Derek, the office staff, and the pool cleaning crew were amazing from start to finish. They answered every question, explained the pool care process clearly, and were always professional, knowledgeable, quick, patient, and friendly. They made everything easy and stress free, from service updates to keeping the water clean, balanced, and looking beautiful. It was a great experience, and we are so grateful they helped make our dream pool a reality.
