Blue Science Pools

i just wanted to say how much we appreciate our pool service technician, lucas. he is always respectful, patient, and very easy to work with, even with our dog max getting excited every time he comes by for the weekly pool cleaning. he stopped by this morning, and i mentioned that the boys were looking forward to swimming this weekend in the florida heat. he took extra time to clean the filter and make sure the water was circulating well so the pool would be ready faster and stay clear. lucas always goes above and beyond with the pool care, and i’m sure he does the same for other customers too. it really shows in the way he handles the skimmer, filter, and overall pool maintenance with so much care. we are very thankful for such an amazing guy and for such dependable pool cleaning service. this business has done a wonderful job, and our pool always looks clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy.

i would definitely recommend this pool cleaning service to others. While i wasn’t able to set up regular pool maintenance in Ponte Vedra Beach, Jermaine was very helpful in walking me through the pool issues i was having. I was even able to speak with lucas over the phone, and he was very helpful with troubleshooting water care and cleaning concerns. Because the communication was so good, i didn’t even need to have someone come out. They gave clear advice on pool upkeep, maintenance steps, and keeping the water in good shape for the Florida heat. Great pool service overall.

Blue Science Pools replaced our pool liner and installed a top notch salt water system, and the whole pool cleaning and care setup has been so easy to manage. This was our first in ground pool, so we did not have much experience with pool maintenance, water balance, or routine cleaning, but lucas explained the basics in simple steps and made everything feel easy. Since the installation, we have never had a green pool, and the water has stayed clear even during the hot summer months. i was impressed with how smooth the service was, and jermaine helped us understand brushing, filter care, and salt system upkeep without making it confusing. we are really happy with how everything turned out, and it has been the easiest pool maintenance experience ever. these guys are the absolute best, and it has made keeping the pool swim ready feel simple.

Jermaine came to my rescue after another pool service left a big cleanup job during coping work around the pool. The pool had a heavy layer of limestone sediment on the bottom, and it would have been a hassle to send all of that through the filter system. Jermaine was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He finished the pool cleaning in under two hours, removed the sediment without putting extra strain on the pool filter, and had the water looking sparkling clear after the pump ran. I also appreciated the same-day pool service after my first call. In the Florida heat here in Ponte Vedra Beach, it was a huge relief to get fast, professional help. I would highly recommend this pool cleaning service to anyone who needs quick pool care or emergency pool cleanup.
