Blue Sage Cuisine

Blue Sage catered our wedding and made it a truly unique event! We asked for a "places that we have visited" theme for cocktail hour and they created food from Brazil, Peru, Hawaii, and Japan to pair with specialty cocktails. The guests were obsessed with the food and going to all the stations. You could not go wrong hiring them for your event!

Blue Sage was wonderful from start to finish with our daughter’s wedding. Stephen was responsive and upbeat. They were open to creating a menu that matched the venue (Clay Theater) which included a popcorn bar as a late night snack. The espresso rubbed steak was divine, along with the chicken piccata and sides. The presentation was on point and serving staff pleasant. Highly recommend and would choose them again in a heartbeat for any catering need.

We hired Blue Sage Cuisine to cater my husbands 70th Black Tie Birthday Party. Well, I tell you it was spot on and first class dining from the butler passed hor’dourves, always an elegant touch, to the dining food and carving stations. There was something for everyone and the food was delectable as well as plentiful. Working with Stephen to curate the perfect menu to his coordination with our venue allowed for a flawless delicious evening. I highly recommend Blue Sage and would certainly use them for future events.

We have used Blue Sage for two years for our HS prom and they have exceeded our expectations. Working with Destiny to create a plan is easy, as she is responsive and always true to her timelines. She is thorough and great at coming up with ideas to make things work better within our budget. Onsite, Jasmin and her team have always been wonderful to work with. We had so many compliments this year, which says a lot, as we are feeding teenagers! Thank you, Blue Sage!
