This people charged us a 12K retainer, after three months of no work product but excuses they wanted to charge us another 5K to travel and check on subject of investigation instead of using the 12 K retainer. When we asked for our money back they provided an inflated invoice of charges up to 11K just for reviewing the evidence we provided! Now we have to sue. Our experience has been traumatic to say the least.
