When I came to Virginia I was nearly out of options. The VA mental health care had (and has continued) to let me down at every turn. Virginia identified the issues I was facing and has been integral to me rediscovering joy and happiness in my life. Virginia is very personable, she makes you feel heard and validated. She talks to you like an old friend. I cannot recommend her enough. In addition to just being fantastic at her job, she works with your schedule, gives great feedback and is willing to do in person sessions or video sessions, whatever works best for you.
Virginia is an incredible therapist. She listens, knows the right questions to ask and has an incredible memory. I have had many therapists both in person and virtually and none have had the positive impact on my life that I have had from going to Blue Chair Sessions over the past 3+ years. Don't be scared, make the call and start working on yourself. You will be glad you did.
