This is my second year having Sarah prepare my tax return, and she is absolutely fantastic! She helped me navigate the process and I learned so much along the way. Sarah is thorough, meticulous, and completely trustworthy. I’ll be going to her every year! She’s also a wonderful person who truly cares about her clients. The office has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere with great positive energy. Highly recommend!
We worked with Sarah for our taxes and had a fantastic experience. She truly went above and beyond, even accommodating us on a Saturday with a remote call since we couldn’t make it to her office. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free — she had us taken care of in no time. On top of that, she was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Sarah if you’re looking for fast, accurate, and professional tax services!
I had an opportunity to work with Sarah Craig again this year. She is knowledgeable and professional, courteous and patient. Highly recommend asking for her when booking an appointment. You can trust she will get the most she can for your return.
Had an amazing experience with Mr. Darryl! He took his time and had patience and I really appreciate all the work he did for me! Will be back again 10/10
If I could leave zero stars, I would. My accountant would not respond to phone calls or emails. He did not seem to be expert in the software / systems they were using. I had to drive across town many times to track him down. He did not deliver on commitments. His tardy work led to fees and fines from the IRS.
