AWFUL!!!! THE MOST AWFUL!!!!! I'VE BEEN PASSED AROUND FROM ONE H&R BLOCK TO ANOTHER, SEARCHING FOR HELP FOR MY 501C3 TAXES! WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET A CALL BACK FROM SARA BETWEEN 545 AND 745 AND IT NEVER HAPPENED! I WANT A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME ASAP!!!!
