I felt extremely confident leaving this medical office after our experience with Dr. Blake Thompson and his wonderful team. From the very first phone call, every single person we spoke with treated my 85 year-old mother with such kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Scheduling both her colonoscopy and endoscopy felt overwhelming at first because it was important that she be seen as quickly as possible. The doctor and his staff listened, understood the urgency, and went above and beyond to make it happen. They were incredibly informative, answered every question with patience, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It's rare to find an office where everyone is not only professional but truly cares about their patients and their families. Dr. Blake Thompson is exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, treated my mother with dignity and respect, and immediately put us at ease with his calm, caring demeanor. Staff is so efficient and friendly. Doctor Thompson takes his time with you and is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this place and this doctor. I drive from Georgia to Florida to see him he’s so good.
