  I absolutely recommend her without hesitation; she's the best at her job. Many people told my husband, "No, it's better to just leave it there, don't reopen your case, it's a lost cause." One day we decided to talk to Sandra. I explained my husband's case to her, and she, with all her professionalism, told him, "Reopen your case, but this time with USCIS. I can help you resubmit your asylum application." From the beginning, everything was incredibly professional, nothing like the supposed lawyer who supposedly took over his case, whom he paid a fortune for, and who ended up dropping it even though he had evidence that he deserved asylum. Sandra took his case and organized a folder full of evidence, letters, and a ton of other things, and the asylum application was submitted. She gave us a thick folder with all the documents submitted for his asylum, and it was in both Spanish and English. Sandra was always on top of my husband's case. On January 8, 2026, he had his credible fear hearing with USCIS, and on July 21, 2026, his asylum was approved. It's definitely a work of God and a blessing from Him. Despite many people telling us not to reopen the case, God put Sandra in our path. Without her help and knowledge, this wouldn't have been possible. I simply thank her, thank her, and thank you. She's the best in all of Jacksonville—no, correction, in all of the USA.
