Black Creek Electrical Services, Inc.

We hade a small issue with a gfi outlet. I called them and within 2 hours they had a great tech out to my house. Absolutely top notch service and told me no charge

Easy to book. Electrician was on time. He was respectful of my property, courteous, and professional. Reasonable pricing. I would book them again.

Needed major electrical rewiring and on two properties - one in Orange Park and one in RIverside. So many electricians to choose. No friends or co-workers offered referrals so I was on my own to find someone. Spent days looking for companies that had longevity, a website, and just looked good overall. Decided to take a chance on Black Creek for the Orange Park property, and the knowledge and communication appeared impressive, so a couple weeks later had them start on the Riverside property. The workers give the appearance of being actively involved with the company, and not just hired help. I cant speak for the quality of work because only another electrician or inspector would be able to do that, so only time will tell, but to a general person, the work looks good. So far so good and I'll keep using them for future projects. A nice added feature is their communication - none of them were argumentative or critical, and were very pleasant. They were careful listeners, and even more careful with their words - making everyone feel at ease.
