The best of both worlds here. Not only did they deliver and pick up when they said they would, but the customer service on questions I had were spot on. Will definitely recommend them. I needed a dumpster quick and they came thru. Thanks. Saved us a lot of hassle.
The service I received was awesome. From the first phone call to inquire about pricing and then ordering a small roll off I needed, to delivery and pick up. They took the care to protect the driveway and not impede the sidewalk, to be respectful of neighbors. I completed my project early and they accommodated an immediate pick up for me allowing me to make room for the next phase of my project. Both drivers (drop off and pick up) were very respectful and courteous. And they dressed professional in BTDT uniform. That is a great touch. Pricing was great as well. They will be my go to for future projects.
I had a fantastic experience with Bin There Dump That. I rented a dumpster for two weeks but was only charged for one, which was a great deal! The process was simple and hassle-free. The team was professional, and they made sure everything was clear about the rental period and pricing upfront. The dumpster arrived on time, was clean, and perfectly suited my needs for my home project. When I was finished, they promptly picked it up without any issues. I really appreciated the extra week at no additional charge — it made the whole process much more convenient. I would highly recommend Bin There Dump That for anyone looking for reliable and affordable dumpster services!
