Talk about the worst experience ever. I love big lots but ever since they re opened, the check out experience is horrible. The cashier Marcus is always doing the most and all over the place. Just handle one thing at a time. Don't have a return without a receipt, but that's a nightmare. Something so simple turnt out to be a disaster, and then scanning things more than once, and looking at me like I'm the problem. The manager attempted to make it right. Horrible! I will not be returning to this store ever again.

Big Lots continues to be a value leader depending on what to you're looking for. I often find things here that are generally lower in price than other similar outlets.
They have changed a lot. But, what isn’t changing in this world today? Great Cashiers and employees. I don’t like the fact that the cold drinks have no prices in them. Half off all Halloween items.
We’re so happy Big Lots is back!!! This has elements and a feeling of the old stores with a great product selection!
Miss Theresa was nice. Super nice 😌 The clothes they sell are nice as well. But, the homeless folk wasn’t. The fella was smiling and staring me down, so I quickly followed a good-looking cops car with no emotion.
