It was decent. Thankfully we went during a promotion or I probably wouldn't be happy. First problem was despite ordering an app that was 8.99 I was charged 13.99 for a basket I didn't receive. The taste was... Ok. It wasn't as flavorful as I am used to, especially with the cost. The service was great though for the most part. Also I know most people suck at tipping so a lot of restaurants now do gratuity but you would make more off me personally without it. Especially with 3 people there. Idk I was happy I could take my mom for crab legs on mother's Day but a little disappointed.
Food was disgusting. Seafood boil had NO SEASONING. They served me naked wings instead of the lemon pepper wings I ordered. The only bright side to this experience was the service from our waitress and the shots we ordered. I should have paid more attention to the pictures in the reviews. I am VERY disappointed to have paid over $200 for food they boiled in dirty sink water and served us. We literally didn’t even touch the food. Even though we expressed how unsatisfied we were, they didn’t bother to compensate us in any way. Will NEVER come back and I would recommend anyone else go to Juicy Crab or Crafty Crab instead to save time and money.
✨ First visit and overall I enjoyed the ambiance and food here. Our server, Ariana was very polite and hospitable. Impromptu dinner outing on a Sunday evening. Not crowded and we sat at a high top table. The crab boil we ordered with medium spice was seasoned just right! Also, it was just enough food for two. We even had room for dessert. The chocolate cake was very sweet - too sweet- but at least it came with ice cream. Looking forward to returning when in the area.
We frequent this location and have for the better part of a decade now. You can get sea food all over the place but the sauce here...if it weren't so consistant and ridiculously good, we'd get food closer to home (its about 40 min away.) The service is always excellent, the vibe and atmosphere are great, especially if you go before 6 or after 8 on weekends. Its not bad just gets busy. Did I mention the sauce? Id eat a boot dipped in it. Give it a try!
Horrible horrible . 4/27 I got two boils the combos 3 and my shrimps were so soft and gummy . The taste of old shrimp. Called and the manager told me he hasn’t gotten any complaints & he couldn’t do anything for me but I had to bring the shrimp back up there to get a new batch . But why not replace my order if my shrimp were old then that would mean cross contamination with my other food . Will be calling the health department bright and early . My husband got sick from eating
