Big Chief Tire

Called for a price quote on tires and explained my needs. They emailed me 5 proposals. Called back and told them I had a level kit to install as well and my total budget. Dent made sure I was happy with the options and pricing. They installed all and had it completed hours before they anticipated. Great team. Hats off to Dent. Will be using them for any services I need moving forward.

It was a great experience and the associate was able to price match their price to a quote I had from discount tire and offer similar price. Customer lounge is a great area and has a nice big window to look out at the work shop area for customers to see the employees working on their car. The service was great, quick and the employee worked diligently and with care who which was much appreciated. They checked my alignment and corrected it and the steering wheel is straight and wheels don't vibrate at highway speed. They also did a multi inspection of under the hood and under the vehicle and inside and advised some replacements in the near future.

Excellent service both at customer service station, as well as, personnel in the bay.! Appointment time was honored and they took me right in, executed the repair on my tire which I was able to watch through the viewing window in the customers waiting room making it evident that Big Chef is transparent with their customers and the work entrusted to them on their vehicles, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Last, but certainly not least, on this rainy day my van partially parked inside the bay in order to avoid me getting drenched from the downpour. Well done!! Great experience from start to finish. My daughter had a nail in her tire that I thought could be plugged but wasn’t sure. Called and I was advised of the approximate wait time but told I could come later in the afternoon and schedule an appointment without the wait. Chose to go the next morning. They were so nice and confirmed it just needed a plug and that her tires had a lot of tread left. Didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need and got done quickly and efficiently. An absolutely wonderful experience through and through.
