Second time shopping here. Both experienced were fantastic. This time I was in need of a new mountain bike. They walked me through my options and what I should be looking for in my bike. Selection was more than I expected and they can bring in even more from their other location. I chose a bike they had in a box. The assembled it that afternoon and I picked it up the next morning. Purchase includes a free tune up that they recommend after the first couple months. All and all a great experience.
I have brought three different bikes to them and every single time he tells me to go somewhere else that he doesn’t do it. I need a Simple chain put on my bike that fell off and he says he can’t put the chain on the bike. Last time he wasn’t able to work on a different bike and he sent me somewhere that would do it he said however they Don’t work on bikes if you don’t buy them there. I would highly suggest not wasting your time as I have gone there three times now from world golf Village and currently I have four bikes that need just tune ups besides the one that needs a new chain He looked at the other bike in the car were not even asking me what’s wrong with it and it’s a simple E bike and all I wanted him to do was check the tire pressure make sure everything’s screwed on tight bolts are tight he says he doesn’t work on that either. ****** UPDATED AFTER OWNER COMMENT****** First of all that bike cost $4000K so you comment about it being low end or abused is absorbed. You never even looked at it to know what was wrong with it. You walked out and said NOPE WE CAN'T WORK ON THIS EBIKE. This bike was less then a week old. You had no desire to work on it. All it needed was for the chain to be tightened. Last time you told me to go somewhere that doesn't work on e-bikes. Your comment about I was told this before is a lie!!!!! The other bike I brought to you 9+months ago just needed a new battery charger. But once again you took 0 time to even look at it. So don't lie about what was needed. Stay away from this company the owner is a liar and will send you around the city to any shop he can think of. They are not really set up to fix e-bikes. Solano cycle fixed both bikes for me.

Nathan provided exceptional service, making immediate adjustments so I could ride my bike the same day. He also handled the subsequent parts replacement with a quick one-day turnaround. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They take a thorough and proactive approach to fixing my E bikes. They are consistent with the work they do and detail it out so you know what is done and why. They are the go to for every bike enthusiast!
