  My daughter said i should leave a review cause I had such a good experience here. i’ve been going to beyond function and movement therapy here in jacksonville for a few weeks now and i just wanted to say how nice everyone has been. i talked to a young man named franklin first when i called and he was so patient with me cause i couldn’t remember what kind of insurance i had or find the refer. he said that was fine and he’d help me figure it out and he really did. when i went in the first day i wasn’t sure what to expect cause they had me doing all these not painful movements and little exercises that i didn’t think would do much but they really did help. my hand don’t shake as bad now and i can actually hold a coffee cup again without feeling like i’m gonna drop it. the place is clean and it smells nice, not like a hospital. franklin always smiles when i come in and remembers my name, which is something you don’t see much anymore. he helped me reschedule twice cause i had to watch my grandbaby and he didn’t make me feel bad about it either. the therapist i saw, she was real calm and kept saying i was doing better than i thought, which made me feel good. i told my neighbor about them cause she’s been saying her shoulder’s been stiff since she fell last year, and she said she might call. i told her ask for franklin cause he’s the one who helped me get started. i don’t really write these things but i just wanted to say thank you cause they been so kind and patient. if anybody in jacksonville needs therapy for their hands or shoulders beyond function and movement therapy is the place. they treat you like a real person
