I am extremely happy with the flooring work Travis and his team were able to provide. They were able to remove my old tile floor that was installed incorrectly and provided a perfect LVP replacement. The floor looks great, the added trim to resolve the flooring height difference was a great touch, and the plumber they provided did a great job getting the bathrooms finished. We highly recommend using them for a flooring project. On time, clean, professional, and experienced.

I had been wanting to replace the carpet upstairs for a while and, after reading the great reviews, decided to call Beyond Custom Floorings. From the very first interaction, I knew I made the right choice. I spoke with Robert, who was courteous, friendly, and extremely respectful. He even offered to come out the same day to take measurements and brought several LVP samples with him, which made the decision process easy and stress-free. Once the material was ordered, installation was scheduled quickly. I was told it would likely be a two-day install, but the crew was able to complete everything in just one day—and the workmanship was impeccable. One thing I really appreciated is that the installers are his own team, not subcontractors, which made a huge difference. There was clear accountability, consistency, and pride in the work. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. There were a couple of situations where questions came up due to the specifics of my house (not the flooring itself), and each time Robert contacted me right away, showed me the issue, and asked how I’d like to proceed. I always felt informed, respected, and genuinely taken care of. The flooring install took place on a Friday, and the painters came out the following Monday to paint the trim. They were a super friendly husband-and-wife team, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Beyond Custom Floorings. I’ve had less-than-positive experiences with other flooring companies in the past, so this was truly refreshing. If I ever have another flooring project in the future, I won’t hesitate to call Robert and his team again. Highly recommend!

After having a very bad experience with another contractor during our full-house tile project, working with Beyond Custom Flooring Inc., Travis, and their entire team was an absolute breath of fresh air. They consistently showed up on time every day, worked full and often long hours, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Not only did they have to remove a poorly done tile job from the previous contractor, but they also completely redid the flooring and trim throughout the house — and the final result was fantastic. What impressed me even more was that they actually beat an already aggressive timeline by putting in a full 12-hour shift on the final day to make sure everything was completed right. We contacted Beyond Custom Flooring as we thought we had a leak in the roof of our shower. As the home was 30 years old we needed updating. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They have wonderful people working for them. Ronaldo did beautiful tile work in the shower, Joseph did the bee board in our hallway, their electrician Chuck was great and the Plumber Courtney was fantastic. Robert kept everyone on schedule and let us know daily who was coming and when. Jake checked in on the job regularly. It was a great experience working with this company and I highly recommend them. We plan to do our master next and definitely will be using them.
