Dr Panampally has a kind and caring soul. She actually takes the time to listen and does not rush you out the door. She explains ,in detail, about any physical issues and procedures. She also gives suggestions on how to improve your health. She is thorough, patient, and compassionate. She even laughs at my silly ways. Everyone in her office is equally kind and compassionate. Doctor panapalli is very good doctor. She will spend all the time you need to get all your questions answered, and she allows you to be part of the health plan.
I would not trade Dr. Betty Panampally @ Ascension primary and urgent care on San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville Fla. For ANYTHING. I would trade ins. Co. First. She has been with me for 5/6 yrs now, and we have been through a LOT. Now Including stg 4 cancer. Along with my excellent cancer team at cancer center of N. fla on skinner Pkwy, (I love Dr Chhatralla) , whom Dr Panampally recommended. I still have a long ways to go, but I'm confident WE are gonna kill this. Thanks to Drs and MRI teams cat teams of all kinds, pulmonologist, neurologists, heart, and all others for your love and support

I met with Dr Panampally on 10/30/2025. She was very thorough about going over my medication list and bloodwork requested. I really like her.
