We just purchased a piece of land with Bethany's expert help. We are first time land buyers, and Bethany guided us through the process and was an invaluable source of research information, encouragement and know-how. Bethany put in many hours of work and was always instantly available by text, phone, or email. She made what seemed to us at times a daunting process smooth and successful. Bethany has our highest recommendation to anyone thinking of purchasing a home or property.

Bethany spent countless hours helping us find our home in St Augustine. She’s known and loved by all for going above and beyond in every way. She is extremely reliable and knowledgable. I can’t imagine working with any other realtor after our amazing experience with her!

Bethany is a true and rare find! My wife and I were looking for a home for a 1031 exchange, never had been to the St Augustine area before but Bethany made the transaction go so smoothly. She showed us many homes that fit the parameters we were looking for, showed us around the town and island adding all the great spots locals only know about. She found us the home that hit all the buttons, negotiated the deal, followed it through escrow closing. All very professional, we can honestly say the transaction ended in a friendship. We were out of town when hurricane Ian hit, her family came over and cleaned up afterward! Above and beyond the call of duty, we feel lucky to have her on our side.
