The staff is patient and helpful. They have a walk out for the smokers that is close to the tables. Safe parking and fun clientele It would be 5 stars but I had never gambled like that and lost my arse. Lol
Food is usually pretty good. Today a lady in a black and beige dress and heels with a black sweater appeared behind the bar. She chatted with the bartender and then ran her fingers through Jackie the bartender’s hair. Next thing I see is her pouring drinks, Dusse to be exact. No washing of hands. That’s gross and shouldn’t happen.
Maybe I went at a bad time. Not many tables going and a small waiting list. I didn't stay. However, a nice looking establishment and very clean.
This is one of the great landmarks of Orange Park! The building is truly unique! The food is good and the atmosphere is lively with lots of energy from folks testing their skills and luck. The poker room is a thrill and a half and watching horse races is the next best thing to being there!
This is a great place for poker players and those who may enjoy Vegas style table games as well. I stopped in on a Saturday night in March of 2025 and enjoyed my experience there. The staff and dealers were friendly and helpful, which was especially nice as a first time visitor. Emily was super friendly and accommodating as a server - she was so kind, which goes a long way when surrounded by players who can get pretty grumpy when they're not faring well. There was a slight miscommunication on a high hand promotion but the floor staff got it settled after it was brought to their attention. Having a promotion like that spread across multiple rooms is nice, so long as the lines of communication stay open. All in all, an enjoyable time and a nice room.
