They ruined my homemade baby blanket. When I dropped it off I asked for them to make sure they were gentle with it. They quoted me 2 days and $10, but told me it would likely be done overnight and I could come check the next day. Next day, not done- no problem, it was a maybe. Next day, still not done. They said it was still a little dirty and they wanted to wash it again. Peeved, but understandable. They said they would text me when it was ready. Text never came. I went back in the next day and it was ready. Upcharged to $17 I assume some of the pieces came off in what must have a been anything but gentle wash. Again, understandable- it’s homemade and accidents happen. But instead of telling me, they attempted to fix it, and in doing so, messed up the blanket even more. Pieces were sewn back on. Poorly. Many were not placed back where they came from, and because they were sewn on with a machine, many of the crochet stitches became warped. Some spots were sewn on so poorly that the thread was actually loose. Some pieces that were originally white came back gray, and this had been washed before so I know nothing bled colors. In conclusion: they did not do as I asked, did not tell me it had been damaged, and tried to repair it in such a way that they made it worse. Although they have a steep “Supply Fee” and charge sales tax (hard to tell what the tax is on), they are still one of the best priced cleaners around on price. They also do an exceptional job on their laundry and dry cleaning. You won’t be disappointed. I used them to replace the heels on some formal shoes, once, too. They did a great job at a competitive price.
I bought 8 new velvet curtain panels 50 x 96 that were blackout lined. Didn't realize I couldn't iron (dry clean only) and Best Cleaners saved the day! And did them so fast! The front desk guy always is great when I bring in dry cleaning. Appreciate it!
This is the worst experience I have ever had! My wash and fold service was more expensive than anywhere else I have been. All my shirts were wrinkled and my clothes were just thrown in 2 bags. No separation, no hangers and they definitely didn't use the products I provided. I will never use this service again. I am a busy person and pay for convenience but I could have my 7 year old daughter do a better job than the people who work at this establishment. They may know dry cleaning but they have no idea how to do a simple wash a fold. Now I get to redo all my clothes and spend time I do not have. Thanks for nothing guys!!
I’ve been going to this cleaners for a while and up until now I had no complaints. Well when I initially picked up my clothes I told the guy that it was not everything I had dropped off. He proceeded to check the system and very arrogantly responded “that’s all you bought to us”. I knew that wasn’t true but I just said ok. Went home and double checked that I had not mistakenly left my clothes home not take them. Of course I did. Called back the next day and spoke with the same guy. He checked the system again and magically he found more or my clothes. No apology or nothing just said “oh yeah they closed it out but they are here. I don’t know why they did that”. I go a couple of days later to get my clothes. When I arrive no apology, no discount offered for my troubles. When I seen the pick up I said to the guy again l”this is not all of my clothes”. He again said this is it. I knew of a specific sweat suit I was missing for a fact. Again I call and this guy claimed he checked all of the orders and nothing else was there for me. I went back and I checked the belt myself and it was obvious they either stole my clothes or gave them away. No apology no offer to replace the items or nothing. I just leave before I got myself in trouble. It is no way I would ever be back to do business with these thieves!
