I had Dylan come out and worked on 2 of my toilets, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Very great price and was fast and efficient. He definitely took the headache off my hands. If when I need plumbing work again I will request him personal. Great job

Plumber came on time, it was an emergency late Friday evening. Septic back up in tub and toilet. My daughter is renting and her husband is deployed in the Navy. She left several messages for the landlord, he never called back. The problem I have is when the plumber came in he told us that the landlord called him on the way over and told him to do what he needed to do to fix the problem. 824.00 I had to put on my credit card because I believed that I was going to get reimbursed. Well that was a lie, my daughter’s landlord finally returned her call and said he didn’t authorize any of this. So I’m out 824.00 which I don’t have. The job was done and is was done good. The problem I have is he lied to my daughter and me, and when his work asked him about it he said he didn’t tell us that. I would just like to get my money back because this is very dishonest. Bert Norman's plumbing came out to one of our rental properties for an issue with the water pump. Their representative Mitch, was very knowledgeable, worked quickly and took time to explain some things about the system. Mitch was very respectful and pleasant. Shannon in the office called me first thing on Friday morning after using their webpage to schedule an appointment on a Thursday night. They sent out Dylan and he knew exactly what to do. Their prices are down to earth and I will keep their number in my phone for when I will need a plumber again. Thanks guys!
