Clare was a great asset with our recent house purchase. She helped us evaluate the pros and cons of potential homes for several months. Once we found the right home, she help with inspection, negotiation, and even helped line up people to make any needed repairs. She knows who to call to get things done. She was a blessing!

Clare Berry of Berry and Company was our Realtor of choice when moving back to the area. She drew upon her tremendous local knowledge and more than 30 years of expertise and went to work to find us the perfect home in a unique community, exceeding our expectations in every way. From responsiveness, negotiation, due diligence, and closing, Clare was right there helping make the process as seamless and worry-free as possible. After moving in, Clare went the extra mile by recommending service providers. If you are looking for the best of the best, you can't go wrong with Clare Berry of Berry and Company.

Clare helped us tremendously when we were looking to buy for our house. Being our first house, having Clare on our side was truly a blessing. The housing market, for buyers, was crazy a year and a half ago, and we spent several months trying to find the right property where we would start a happy life. From the very first meeting we had a great connection with her, and let me tell you that She truly knows her business. If your are looking for the right real state agent, one that has the connections, expertise, and always act in your best interest, look no further. We couldn't have done without her, and wouldn't be that happy with the house.
