I never had a problem with this office because Dr. Berger helped get my child's asthma under control. But today I went to an appointment an the lady up front was so rude I had called before hand letting them know I was going to be late they told me just to come on they was waiting so I did. Well upon arriving I'm told my children couldn't be seen cause it was taking away from other patients now mind you everytime I bring my child to an appointment I sit here at least 3 to 4 hours. Regardless if I was late she didn't have to be so rude like my child wasn't better than the next.

Honestly Dr. Berger is one of the best pediatric doctors I know. We moved from Jacksonville, but til this day every time I take my kids to see a doctor. I always say to myself if I still had Dr. Berger I wouldn’t be going through this. One thing about him he takes his time and examine each child. He definitely was informative about everything. The only thing anyone can complain about is maybe the wait. I understand we all have things to do, but the wait is worth it, because in the end your child would be checked like they suppose to. I use to bring my charger and cleared my schedule for that day, because I knew it would be a wait. We all have to remember he is an excellent doctor so he has LOTS of patients, and he also has to go the hospital to check on his sick patients that have been admitted. Another thing I can tell you HE DON’T PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO THE KIDS. I’m writing this review, because I had to relocate again for work and trying to find another doctor like him is hard. If I could take him and put him in my back pocket I would lol. I strongly recommend him to all parents, but remember yes you may have to wait, so clear your schedule, bring your charger and they have toys in the waiting room for your child. “You can’t always rush perfection” lol, but no seriously he is the perfect doctor in my eyes. We miss you Dr. Berger!!!

Horribly slow. Expect to be here a minimum of 2 hours even if your the 2nd appointment of the day. I had a early appointment 2nd person there. It was about a hour and a half before i saw the doctor "2 hours total time" He didn't even show up to work until 40 minutes after my appointment. Had one person ahead of me waiting when i arrived so i guess they had a earlier appointment. The front desk was pleasant and helpful when i talked with them, i have had no issue with them. And the doctor is good once you finally get to see him. But my son ended up missing a day of school he should have been able to attend, thats why i scheduled the appointment early. I presumed being that early he couldn't be behind and would be relatively quick appointment. I was wrong obviously. My 1st appointment took even longer 3+ hours that was why i scheduled early. I just find it unacceptable to show up to work after appointment times. And to be 2 hours when your the 2nd appointment of the day. I would raise the rating a lot if it was not for the severe lack of keeping appointment times. If i get seen relatively quickly next time i will raise the rating.

Dr. Berger's office staff is so wonderful, especially Mrs. Teresa. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room when I have an appointment. Now once I get to the backroom I do usually have to wait 30-45 minutes before Dr. Berger come in. But other than that, great doctor who knows what he is doing and very professional staff.
