The firm did provide Medicaid planning services, but the communication and customer service were disappointing. I paid $3,000 and expected clear guidance, timely responses, and professional treatment throughout the process. Unfortunately, responses were often delayed, and when I asked reasonable follow-up questions about the documents needed for DCF, the tone of the response felt cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily defensive. I understood that preparing and filing the Medicaid application was outside the scope of the agreement, but that could have been explained respectfully without making a paying client feel like an inconvenience. For the amount paid, I expected better communication, clearer expectations, and more courtesy. The services were completed, but the overall experience did not make me feel supported or valued as a client.
