I had an amazing experience buying my car from Bentley of Jacksonville. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and way easier than I expected. The entire team was professional, helpful, and never made me feel pressured at any point. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step. From start to finish, everything was quick, well organized and structured. Greg Webb my salesman was outstanding and Amanda in finance really took her time sharing valuable information being it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I was introduced to the service team as well for my future service needs. Sam, Derek, Tony and Helen were awesome. TJ the general manger was pretty cool as well, he stopped by and made my first vehicle purchase one to remember. We bought one car last year. It was perfect. Juan was our sales manager who was honest and friendly. We felt welcome. Because of the excellent quality of their vehicles, we went back and attempt to purchase another one from him this year. Unfortunately, something of the car didn’t work right. But Juan gave us the whole refund back and apologized. They have truly grade one selected vehicles. We trust him and will come back again when we find the right car. Thanks Juan.
