I originally contacted Bennett Quality Construction with a concern about my window leaking- see pictures one and two. I had already received two quotes from other companies about replacing the window which seemed inflated. Earl came out the following day for a consultation and immediately told me the issue wasn’t the window at all. He told me he believed there was an issue with the wood caused by a crack in the stucco and a sensor in the window frame on the second floor that was incorrectly installed by the security company. He recommended cutting a small hole to assess the damage- see picture 3. After seeing it was much more than the window he patched up the hole and gave me a quote for completely tearing out the side of the house to replace the rotten wood from the leak. I signed the quote and Earl and his team were out the next day doing demo- see pictures 4 and 5. They worked very fast and were motivated to do the work right. It’s summer time in Florida and the only time they stopped was for a short lunch or when I chased them around with water. By the end of the day they replaced the header for the window, plywood, insulation, vapor barrier, and probably some other construction stuff I don’t understand- see picture 6. The next day they were back at 9am to fix all the windows to prevent this from happening again and start the stucco work- see picture 7. After a few times of coming out and waiting for the stucco to crack and dry and then painting everything looks perfect within two weeks of our initial phone call. They were even able to match the pattern on the stucco and I can’t even tell where it was cut- see picture 8 don’t mind the shadows. In summary, I highly recommend Bennett Quality Construction, a local and family owned company. They were responsive, professional, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and the price was very reasonable. Earl and his team used good quality products and took the time to explain things to me so I could make informed decisions about my home. Book your project with them and I’m sure you will be more than satisfied!
I have nothing but great things to say about Bennett Quality Construction! They helped me completely gut my mid-century ranch house into something magical. Earl really worked with my vision. He can do anything!
Earl and his amazing crew are incredible! Our home has been completely transformed inside. It looks bigger than ever and we added no square footage. We had a complete overhaul inside—removed popcorn ceilings and replaced with knockdown ceilings, gutted both bathrooms and kitchen, took down a few walls, retired fireplace and filled in odd niche above fireplace, removed door casings and baseboards which were replaced with 5” baseboards and much better quality door casings, added crown molding, painted the entire interior, new flooring throughout, added recessed lights, had garage floor epoxied, added plywood to attic and a light! I can’t stop smiling at our new home! Thank you so much!!
We love all things local, especially the businesses that give back to the community that supports them. This company has stepped up with incredible generosity, and we were so honored to have them as a partner for our 2025 Harvest for Hope charity event. Their support will directly fuel our mission of helping local families, neighbors, and friends right here at home. We truly couldn’t do what we do without people like them cheering us on. Thank you!
I’ve used this company for 3 generations now. Grandpa did windows way back., they’ve fixed hurricane damage added carports, re roofed. You name it. Few months back the wife decided to add an addition almost doubling the living area in our home, add siding, a new foyer, etc. Never have I had a problem with any of their work. When Earl Sr. was in charge, no problems, now Earl Jr. is running the show and still no drop off in talent, efficiency, honesty, willing to put up with changes mid stream. Prices are reasonable, and how often is it you can trust a whole crew with key to your house and just leave and be 100% confident nothing will be missing when you get home that evening. Highly recommend this reputable, capable, honest business. They stay busy for a reason, book them for your home remodeling needs now so you can get on schedule. I have a new house, and didn’t even have to move.
