Dr. Pineau was very thorough and understanding. He listened to my complaints, and did what he thought was the best solution. I was glad he listened, that's very important to me, I thank him for that. I trust he will do a good job on my procedure. I have full confidence in him.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Peneau.From my visit through my endoscopy and colonoscopy.I felt I was in very capable hands.He took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns,answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly very skilled.His friendly, compassionate manner made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It's reassuring to have a physician who genuinely cares about his patients and provides such high quality care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, attentive, and caring gastroenterologist.
Dr. Pineau is very nice. Listen to you and doesn't waste time. Gets right down to getting you scheduled. Checks all your medications, takes away what you don't need. His nurse Misty is very nice, get you all the information. They also help with cost of the prep stuff with coupons, paying half of what your insurance would pay!
Dr Pineau was clear, concise, and caring with a topic no one likes discussing. He made sure I felt comfortable asking anything. Definitely recommend. Since that above I have now had my colonoscopy with Dr Pineau and his group. They were absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the entire crew! All of the doctors and the nursing staff made me feel so comfortable. They treated me like family. I’m so grateful for them all. Thank you!
My husband and I both had procedures back to back. Even though our daughter recommended him, I was a little apprehensive since this was our first encounter with Dr. Pineau. I must say Dr. Pineau exhibited professionalism with a personal touch and pleasant manner. He was knowledgeable, direct, and informative. Our procedures were performed efficiently without complications. We were very pleased with our visit.
