The classes with Iszy are consistently great, well-paced, and easy to follow no matter your experience level. Instructions are explained in a way that actually makes sense, and there’s always helpful correction so you can improve without feeling lost or overwhelmed. She pays close attention to form and makes sure everyone is moving safely while still getting a solid workout. The energy in class is very motivating and is and overall great environment. The atmosphere makes it easy to stay focused and actually enjoy the workout. I always leave feeling stronger, (sometimes sore) and more aligned, and the workouts feel very effective. I strongly recommend to everyone.
