When we purchase our new forever home in the Jacksonville area we gave ourselves a year to live in it and imagine what we’d like to refresh about our beautiful, but 20+ year old home. Having previously lived through various improvements separately, it was important to us to complete this large undertaking as a single project. After a delightful phone conversation with Katrina and an initial consultation with Katrina and Shelby we chose BeeTree Homes as our contractor. With confidence, we began our design phase and soon after the remodel began. We colaborated closely throughout our project with Shelby and Erin (our design team), Jeanann who designed our cabinetry, and Arron our construction foreman. Katrina and Chuck were always available to us when the need arose. I dare say that precious friendships have been built as well. Our project consisted of full reconfiguration/expansion and remodeling of the kitchen; Highend appliances, including a Wolf gas cooktop; walk-in pantry; refreshment bar; total makeovers of 3 bathrooms; floor-to-ceiling walnut cabinetry; consistent tile flooring throughout. Our home was retro fitted for our gas cooktop, LP log insert for the fireplace, tankless water heating as well as auxiliary propane power. The scope of the makeover necessitated us to vacate the premises for approximately 9 months. We decided to move back in our home while the final few months of work were being completed. All told the whole of the project was about a year long. Our Home is stunning, warm and reflecting of our eclectic tastes. We look forward to many joyful gatherings in the years to come.
Bottom line - if we were to do another renovation I would not hesitate to call BeeTree Homes, as these are just good people to work with. Katrina and her team were responsive, professional and performed first rate work. They completely renovated our kitchen, master bath, family room and laundry, transforming them from tired, inefficient spaces into beautiful, much more livable rooms. Along the way there were some hurdles to get over, but BeeTree handled all of them quickly and kept the project moving until we had a beautiful finished product.
This is our second project with BeeTree Homes, so when it comes to renovations, this speaks volumes! We had our Master Bath and Closet renovated this time. We could not be happier with how it turned out. It is timeless and truly our oasis. We were very happy for the education received by BeeTree and the exposure to design and materials that we would never have found overselves. When BeeTree speaks of being part of the "BeeTree Family", they truly do mean it. They stand behind their work and you can count on them.
I recently had a complete kitchen remodel by BeeTree Homes and it is beautiful! There was a hiccup along the way which caused the project to be delayed (cabinets arrived made of wrong material) but Katrina worked with the cabinet company directly to ensure the cabinets were remade correctly and quickly. Special thanks to Katrina, Shelby and Erin for suggesting a great design and creating a kitchen I love.
This is the third large scale remodel at two different homes with BeeTree. The quality and workmanship are exceptional. Every project has set backs and unexpected problems but Katrina's ability to imagine a solution in most cases leaves the home owner with more than they expected which is definitely true in our case.
