Yes, yes, and yes again. The honey is delicious. You can actually taste the difference in the flowers the bees visit. The store is clean, well organized, and the young lady there was helpful. There's a great selection, and I love that they sell honeycomb. They sell honey at the local market, but I never knew they had a physical store. As long as this place is open, I will only buy honey from here. Buy local! Also, for first-time visitors, the store is not directly on Edgewood. It's on the corner of trask st &Edgewood. Closest parking is at community loaves.
If you want fresh local honey, this is the place to go! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a tasting table to preview the sweet deliciousness. If you're interested in beekeeping, you can even pick up your supplies here. Come check it out!
This is my Go-To source for all things bee! Bee Friends Farm is a wonderful place for honey, bee bollen, honeycomb, creamed honey, beeswax candles, roasted honey pecans, other bee related items, and more!! AND at a great price! ($10 for a 12oz bottle) The staff is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind! They have great recommendations on what to try, how to enjoy products in the best way possible, and even what to pair certain flavors with! Nearly every time I’ve come in, the staff is educating customers on their honey, local beehives, and their efforts to protect and save the bees. I enjoy stopping by and getting my supply of bee pollen and local honey- it does WONDERS for my seasonal allergies. I love this location and all they do for the bees and the community.
We had such a wonderful experience today! The woman working there was so sweet and patient with my kids! She gave them samples and answered all of their questions. Plus the honey is delicious and they have so many great options! Great gift baskets, too! We will definitely be back!
This place will be my go-to for all of my honey products.. Stacey was so sweet and informative and referred everything pictured. She's definitely the reason that we'll be back.. thank you Bee Friends, and for being local to Jacksonville
