I definitely love this dealership, this is our second car from them and we had the pleasure of getting to work with Wali. He was extremely helpful and listened to all of our needs and my pickiness on things, he took care of us and made sure we felt like we were part of the beaver family from the moment we spoke. Purchased my 2026 Colorado back in January, the buying experience was excellent no pressure , good deal , no gimmicks. Rich the sales guy was an awesome dude. It was such a good experience I went back to purchase my wife’s 26 traverse from him about 2 months later. I brought up some cosmetic problems with the Colorado and without hesitation they wrote it up to be fixed. Wayne and his crew did a good job repairing the issues and even got me in a loaner. I will definitely be coming back here for my next truck.
Let me just say I haaaaaate dealing with aggressive sales people. I make sure I do my research and definitely turn to Carfax as well. I found what I wanted and drove up to Beaver Chevrolet. Lonnie Melendez met me (& my daughter and my grandkids) in the parking lot and brought us all waters. She was so sweet and actually LISTENED to what I wanted and needed. She let me leave that first day without any pressure (major points)! She followed up and texted me to just to let me know she was available anytime. The next day I had a serious Dr appointment and didn't want to make a final decision yet. Well I went back after the Dr appointment and she was there waiting with waters again. Lonnie was also patient with my "rambunctious" grandbabies (BONUS). We couldn't come to an agreement on price so unfortunately we had to go. She texted me that night to let me know she was still working on it and would do the best she could.... And she did. The next day I was back at work but had everything ready and I was able to complete everything on my lunch break. Lonnie went ABOVE and BEYOND! I recommend everyone to go see her! She is definitely an asset to their team!
I wasn’t sure if I was going to leave with a new truck, but CJ really helped me figure out what I truly wanted. He was very fair with the pricing and made me feel comfortable, without any pressure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it.
Love love this dealership!!! They have a great sales team at Beaver Chevrolet. I worked with Chis. He was amazing and got us a great deal on my 2021 black civic sport hatchback.. walked away a very happy customer. Can't thank you guys enough❤️❤️
