Be careful! I purchased a lip gloss from this establishment and when I got home, I noticed that there was no seal on the lip gloss. Who wants a lip gloss with no seal in a world filled with communicable diseases???Therefore, I returned the product to the store in order to get an exchange. The young lady at the counter went to check on the product and later advised that none of the products in that brand have seals. So I asked for an exchange because I wasted trying to catch an infection from a tube of lip gloss. , She then said I don’t “THINK” we can exchange it. Since she seemed unfamiliar with store policy, I said well can you contact the manager or owner? She then paged someone on the walkie-talkie and she half explained the situation. The person on the other end of the walkie-talkie told her “no.” This business does not honor product integrity or customer satisfaction. I didn’t want the money back, I just wanted to be made whole, even if it meant that I had to spend a little more in order to get a product that met my needs and that was not a risk to the public health. Shop here at your own risk. It’s definitely a “No Bueno” for me!!!

You need to know what your looking for when go in this store. Don't expect great customer service. Also, there are products you can find in other stores for much cheaper. For example, tgin, and Camille rose are over priced. Target offers these products for cheaper. Save yourself a few bucks, and get better service 🤔

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I’m new to the city. Will never go to this location again. Long story short. I asked the young lady who had an accent in the wig section to show me where the human hair wigs totally ignored me. No problem found one that I wanted to purchase it was the only one and it was on display. I asked her if I would get a discount since it’s a display she said yes. She took the wig and told me that she had to take the sensor off and she would take it to the front register I thought that was odd. I walked around for a few minutes before going to the pay for the wig. When I got to the front a lady with red/orange color hair started to ring the wig up kinda fast I said to her that I wanted to see the wig before I pay. WRONG WIG🙆🏽‍♀️I told the lady that’s not the wig I picked out she called back to the back by that time I was back there myself telling her that’s not the same wig. She tried to convince me that it was 🤦🏽‍♀️I walked away left her talk to herself I had nothing else to say. When I walked pass the register to leave the red/ orange hair lady was saying something I got in my car and left. I regret I did not read ALL the recent horrible reviews before going there. RED FLAG WAS 1. I was not allowed to wait for the lady to take the sensor off and take it to the register and pay for it 2. When I got to the register it was already in a bag as if I had paid for it. I’ve been in wigs stores in different states for years.This was the first time I’ve ever seen or experienced anything like that.
