I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Beauty Depot location. I returned to the store because my military discount was not applied to my purchase. Instead of handling it professionally, I was treated like I was being dishonest and was asked for both my military ID and another form of identification, even though I shop here regularly and have never had to do that before. What made the situation worse was that the employee who corrected the issue was also talking about me. When I pointed out that the receipt clearly showed the mistake, I was ignored. After fixing it, there was no apology — the corrected receipt was simply placed on the counter with no acknowledgment at all. That level of disrespect and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I am requesting that management address this situation and follow up. No customer should be treated this way. A One-Stop Shop for All Your Beauty Needs The Beauty Depot is a true gem! I was so impressed with the selection and how well-kept the store was. It's incredibly clean and organized, which made Browse a pleasure. They really have everything you could possibly need, from a huge variety of hair products to a great selection of wigs, crochet hair, and sew-ins. Beyond hair, I was surprised to find a wide range of jewelry, makeup, and even clothing and shoes. It's a one-stop shop for everything beauty-related. I could easily spend hours here and find something new every time. If you're looking for quality products and an extensive selection in a clean and welcoming environment, I highly recommend checking out The Beauty Depot.
I go here because they have a good selection. People are not friendly or helpful, though. They have those pictures of people stealing everywhere, but nobody is on the floor to help. Maybe fewer cameras, more greetings, idk. Anyhow, I got scammed after using my debit card here a few months ago. I never use my debit card, but I grabbed the wrong one when I entered. That's how I know this store was the cause. I only use that card at Costco gas and once here. The very same day I used it at Beauty Depot, I was charged fraudulently. They even opened a Cash App in my name and started transferring money. I didn't catch it at first either because I never use that account. I randomly logged in. That card has been in an RFID wallet for years and has been used at Costco for years. Since Costco doesn't take my AMX, that's how I know!!! So now I only use cash. It took me months to get my account straightened out and my money back. Be careful out there using your debit cards in this store.
Went to many stores and what I needed and looking for was found which was some white satin gloves and a satin white scarf with very reasonable prices these items were purchased to lay my mom to rest in peace with 😢💔
The worst ever experience I had last June 16 with the supposed inexperienced manager By mistake pick the wrong brand of the product but I ask the cashier in case if is not the right one can I bring back , ? She ask the. Alleged manager and she say yes , back the next day very early to return and the manager jump immediately and said NO , I ask why ? She respond is a final sale and is open , I told her nobody told me is a final sale and never open , sorry but your manager don’t have any skills for customer service Wry rude and nasty I WILL RECOMMEND EVERY PERSON TO GO TO ULTA O SEPHORA , YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE NO MANNERS A ALL , FOR THE MANAGER IS MOST IMPORTANT THE MONEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
