Seems like they finally got a new buyer the clothes are really cool now. Prices gone up and not too much of a selection on their Clarence racks when I went.
Not my typical experience. I visited shortly after opening midweek, and staff didn’t make any type of acknowledgment throughout the store or greeting upon checking out. Just wasn’t very friendly staff compared to other locations.
Pretty decent prices depending on what you're looking for. A lot of the clothing hava a vintage look maybe because of this surrounding area, not a big variety of shoes. The service is usually courteous.
Belinda the manager was extremely rude and not helpful. Came in to replace an item that was inoperable and she would not help me, I had to call into customer service for them to send me my receipt so that I could get my money back (I no longer wanted to exchange the item I will NOT be shopping there again) and customer service mentioned if Belinda “felt” like it she could’ve done the same and they apologized for her.
I absolutely love this store. They have great prices that are even lower than our local Walmart but the quality is ten times better. They also have a loyalty program were you get points for your purchases. 100 points equals to 5$ off. Definitely recommend 100%.
