If you were looking to move to the St. Johns County area, look no further than Beacon Lake! Great amenities not to mention location location. This is the perfect location. We are close to the beach, and close to commute on 95. Beacon Lake has so much to offer families that will make it feel like you never need a lease! Not to mention the amazing builders that they partner with if you were looking to find home here in Saint Johns county have to check out Beacon Lake
Such an awkward encounter with the 2 employees working at the phase 4 vilano model home. Having to initiate a greeting in order to look around is quite the interesting sales method. And the second employee was in the kitchen on her laptop, face glued to it never looking up to see if we had any questions etc. Felt like we went into a home occupied by an actual family.
Cousin lives here and the pool was awesome!
Beautiful property! Just had a chance to take a sneak peak at the new amenities center aka The Lake House. It took my breath away, absolutely gorgeous! I’m looking forward to seeing it all in action for the Grand Opening event on February 23rd!

It has been my absolute pleasure collaborating with Debbie, facilitating seamless transactions for my clients. The essence of a significant accomplishment, in my perspective, lies in the profound trust my clients place in me. Debbie, my clients, and myself has been exceptional. Effective and transparent communication has been the cornerstone of our partnership, leading to happy clients, a result that brings me immense satisfaction. I eagerly anticipate the prospect of forging more successful deals in collaboration with Debbie and continuing to transform the dreams of my clients into reality.
