This company has been wonderful! My husband was under their care for more than a year. Latiquia was his nurse. She took the kind of care she would have given to her father. The office at Beacon has always been very helpful. This is a great company to deal with.
Valerie was so attentive and professional. She explained the process so well and made us feel comfortable about what to expect. My Dad recently came to stay with us and the home health world was somewhat new to us. We are thankful for how she took time to listen to our questions and reassured us with her answers. Thank you!!!!
I am very satisfied with our nurse, Nicole, who is taking such great care of my mom. Nicole is very professional, attentive, and caring. As a direct result my mom is healing and making good progress. Nicole has also been flexible to schedule with us around other appointments and she is always on time. Thank you so much for being so great to us, Nicole. I have gotten such wonderful care from the nurses that have came to my home to care for me. Today, I had been having issues with a health provider that I could not reach or I was placed on hold then disconnected. I mentioned this to my Nurse Valaria and she went above all with several calls until my issue was resolved. That is rare these days. I just wanted to let you guys know. You have a wonderful nurse named Valerie ❤️. Beacon is the place to go if a patient needs home care..tell your doctor to call Beacon...Thank you all and God Bless the earth angels..
I am so grateful to have Nicole as my dad's nurse. She is very caring, very patient and very knowledgeable. My dad really likes her and looks forward to her visit. She genuinely cares for her patients and they know it. Thanks for always encouraging my dad to eat and exercise. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a nure for their loved ones.
