The staff & therapists are always friendly & accommodating. I've used other companies where they schedule 10 patients at at time. I like that they are a small business & can provide better care for each of their patients.

This place has been frustrating from start to finish. I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of better options. When we were first referred here, our appointment was scheduled at the wrong location. Since they didn’t send a confirmation text or email, we had no way of catching the mistake and ended up going to the address listed on their own materials. Turns out they’ve moved but haven’t updated their brochures or forms. When we called to explain, the response was pretty dismissive and rude. At a follow-up visit, my husband showed up 10 minutes early for his 8:30 AM appointment and was still standing outside at 8:30 with other patients waiting. The receptionist arrived late, didn’t acknowledge it, and handed him a huge stack of paperwork that easily could’ve been sent ahead of time. The physical therapist wasn’t even there yet and, according to staff, was still on the way after the appointment time had already started. Then there was confusion about whether the appointment had been canceled. That may have been a miscommunication, but the way it was handled was really unprofessional. Instead of just sorting it out, staff started calling and texting my husband during the visit, placing blame instead of resolving anything. As he was leaving, another patient actually stopped him and said the same thing had happened to her, so it doesn’t seem like this is a one-off issue. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism, especially for a healthcare office, is pretty concerning. I’d look elsewhere.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Carrie at reception is an absolute nightmare to deal with; rude, unprofessional and has the communication skills of a 12yr old. This rehab has zero interest in patient care and retention and is far more concerned with covering up their complete and utter lack of customer service skills by placing blame on others. I would avoid this center at all costs, literally go *anywhere* else and save yourself the time and aggravation. I will be sending this review to all the doctors who utilize their services, hopefully they will do the right thing and decide to send their patients elsewhere.
Great staff & therapists. They really care about their patients & go above & beyond. Will continue to use them for years to come. Thank you Beaches Rehab!
Good evening, today my daughter and I walked into this facility and greeted the lady behind the counter and asked her “what’s the suite number.” my daughter and I had just walked in a door before this suite door and I believed that I was lost. One of the ladies behind the counter with dark hair asked me “what I was looking for”, and I looked through my phone as the other lady at the counter with lighter hair, tried to give me directions. Once I remembered the name of the office that I was looking for the darker hair lady said, “read the sign on the door!” I looked over at the sign on the door and she continued to say , “ What does that says?” I was confused and taken back from her attitude, wondering what I did to deserve such a terrible greeting. The darker hair woman continue to say, “You need to get out, You need to leave!” I was flabbergasted by her incredibly rude demeanor, tone and words. I looked at the lighter hair lady behind the counter with an extremely confused look on my face, she was still trying to give me directions and I said to her, “that was incredibly rude.” She nodded her head slightly and continued to give me directions. I thanked them both and said “that was incredibly rude” again then walked out with my 15-year-old daughter. Everyone that walks through the door is a potential customer, based on the terrible welcome, I would never come back or recommend anyone to come to this facility & be verbally assaulted the way my daughter and I were today. That was very unprofessional and very disgraceful! I will be writing this very same review on every platform that I am affiliated with. I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option.
