My daughter started at this gym a couple weeks ago. Her very first class she ended up sick and we had to reschedule. The gym was super accommodating and rescheduled us. Upon my daughter‘s first class once she was better she had Coach Journey. She immediately ran to her. She had the warmest smile and gave a huge hug which helped ease my mind as my daughter’s only three, and I wasn’t sure how quickly she would take to class. She is having so much fun and is very engaged. Following her first class, the coach sent my daughter a personalized postcard, letting her know how great she did which I thought was such a great gesture And a wonderful business practice. Keep up the great work you guys.
I can’t say enough good things about Ronnie at the front desk. From the moment you walk in, she makes everyone feel welcome and cared for. She is always professional, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful no matter how busy things get. You can tell she truly cares about the families and children there, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Having someone so warm and organized at the front desk makes such a difference in the overall experience. Ronnie is truly an asset to Beaches Gymnastics, and her positivity and professionalism do not go unnoticed!
As a dad, I haven’t personally interacted with Ronnie much, but the impact she has had on my daughter and wife is one worth mentioning. People like her are what make a place memorable. We will miss Beaches Gymnastics.
We absolutely LOVE Beaches Gymnastics! My daughter has been attending for the past couple of months and she looks forward to every single class. She especially loves Coach Shae! She’s incredible! So attentive, encouraging, and really takes the time to make sure each kid learns how to do the skills the right way. You can tell she truly enjoys being there with the kids and it makes such a difference. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. It’s such a positive environment and we’re so happy to be part of it!
They are the best! Flexible hours, scheduling, super responsive, friendly, and take great care of the kids. They go above and beyond planning the activities and you can’t beat the Friday fun nights, pizza included 🍕 We love beaches gymnastics!!
