I had an AMAZING experience with Beaches Endodontics and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, caring, and very understanding. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Radel was extremely patient, gentle, and professional throughout the entire procedure. The facility was also very clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in providing quality care. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic treatment! 😊
Hands down best ever! Super friendly and professional staff from administration to the BEST doctor one could be fortunate enough to have. Not only painless he is fast and your procedure is over before you have have time to get comfy in the chair. Highly recommend! In fact I already recommended to everyone in my family and friends. I just had my first root canal (2nd in a few weeks) and I want to say how amazing the entire staff was. They were all incredibly friendly, walked me through the whole process beforehand and after and Dr. Radel truly knows what he is doing. I felt no pain or discomfort, even during the first part to numb you up to begin work. I will definitely recommend you check the practice out if you need to have a root canal in the future.
Dr. Radel and staff are attentive, informative and supportive. Dr. Radel took the time to evaluate my xrays and explain the whole procedure. What is amazing is their follow up call day after the procedure to check on how I was doing. It shows their genuine care and compassion to their patients which was a first and a great experience for me.
Dr. Radel and the entire staff were awesome. They were friendly, accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them if you need a root canal.
