It was my first time coming here. Crystal was great. I got a deep clean on my car and it never looked better! Highly recommend if you want a good cleaning on the inside. I loved the gift shop too.

Very disappointed. We've been going to Beaches car wash for years. Two cars each getting washed every or every other month. No issues with regular washes. This AM I called asking if they could do a full detail. They indicated they had several packages. I told them I was looking for a full inside and out detail. They offered their bumper to bumper package for $250. Was unhappy with the job when I went to pick it up. Bug splats remained on hood, bumper, and mirrors. Chrome accents never touched. Smudges left on windshield and a quick wipe down inside missing spots on dash, doors... Carpets and seats were great BTW. GM says they'd give don't do detailing they only offer an express detail and won't shine or wipe down everything. I indicated seemed like a hundred dollar job to me nowhere near the $250. GM said he'd mark down in my file that I don't understand their detail packages and put a $50 credit on my account. Not satisfied at all. Really feel like they've stole $100 to $200 dollars with their no detail detail.
This place is excellent. Everyone here is friendly kind do a really good job has several different types of wash packages. Who brought my word truck here to get a detailed Will definitely be bringing my personal. The atmosphere here is great they got a little gift shop that has my type of my type of stuff. Recommend you go here
I took my BMW there yesterday for a $175 detailing package. Upon inspection, to my horror, I noticed multiple paint nicks on my hood, roof and trunk (see photos). I emailed the car wash and brought the car in to show the manager. He tried to tell me the nicks must have been there previously, because they showed “signs of rust”, and I probably just did not notice them before 🙄. There was no accountability taken to resolve the incident. I took the car to Commomwealth Colllision who said there is no rust, and the spots were exposed primer with no dents. They felt like whoever did the buff job had something on his buff pad, or there was a foreign object in the wash brushes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE caveat emptor!! This was not a few spots, the car now needs a new paint job!
This review brings me no joy but I’ve spoken to management the last three visits and things haven’t improved. . I always get The Works which includes a complete inside vacuum and wipe down. I’ve been using Beaches for the better part of the past four years. The outside wash and windows is fine. The inside clean gets progressively worse. Missed panels, no effort to clean storage trays, sand/dirt in grooves that can be easily wiped out. Today I spent a half hour at home doing what they should have done. If you’re looking for a mediocre car wash experience Beaches Car Wash is your place. The folks are nice the workmanship is below par. I hope this review gets them to improve their quality control for other clients, I will be going elsewhere.
