Worst Primary Care office ever. Have not once contacted me about a referral that needed to be updated. Never once have they communicated ANYTHING to me. Won't answer the phone when my other doctor calls them in reference to a referral that needs to be updated. Since January BTW. Lack of communication. And lack of professionalism. I will be finding a new primary care doctor ASAP. DONT trust them to do the right thing for their patients. Because they won't. They'd rather argue with you. So I highly advise anyone considering this office, to look elsewhere. You will be extremely frustrated and upset having to deal with this amateur doctors office. I am super disappointed.

This office is a mess, from the medical assistants and the teachers there. My appointment with Dr. Alejandro was today and there were so few professionals that they didn't call to tell me the doctor had an emergency. It's understood that emergencies happen, but they didn't call. I arrived for my appointment and the secretary took my ID without telling me what it was for or why they were so disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend it. This office is a mess.

Never had an issue here, been coming since I was a child. The receptionist Maggie is very disrespectful. Said I had a balance from 2023 I had Medicaid then full coverage, also said I never paid last time I asked her to pull the cameras because this was not true, I cannot be seen without paying a copay. I was willing to pay the copay for today. She then said sarcastically okay aggressively gave back my card went to the back to speak with their office manager, never experienced anything like this I asked for her manager, slammed her chair into her desk said a smart remark. The office manager couldn’t care less. They then laughed about me mentioning her slamming her chair. They’re gonna loose a patient of over a decade… I loved coming here 😞

I unfortunately made an anonymous account. Everyone was great here but one doctor was doing a test for me and I was almost fully exposed and still proceeded to open the door fully and leave and shut it and not tell me to cover or anything and then proceeded to open the door again fully and then shut it and I am extremely confused how this was okay and i’m rather upset and feel exposed.. Again everyone was great but this situation deeply saddened me as i’ve always trusted the medical space..
