My family and I stayed about a week at this cozy, sweet, comfortable, cute condo. The owners are super host and easy accessible and accommodating on any questions or concerns we had. We enjoyed the beach view and walks, as well. The location is excellent for Mayo patients and their families, restaurants, grocery stores and just about anything one could want or need. Hope to definitely visit there again, one day soon. One thing I would like to mention is there could have been or needs to be instructions on working the google nest and the demands for ceiling fans and lights. Also, to check batteries in the remotes. These are minor things in comparison to the wonderful amenities that were offered. There were so many extras that they did for us, not limited to the owner going out and buying dog treats for our yorkie to have upon arrival. Now that is hospitality at its finest. Can’t say enough about them or the condo. We LOVED our stay.
Owner doesn't have a cleaning crew, and blames tenant for reasonable living; one kitchen trash bag, one small bathroom trash bag, and one beer can were left. All towels were cleaned, beds were made, and dishes were done at departure. Her communication on the matter was one way: after her unproffesional text we offered to pay for the trash left and have had no response. This was our second visit and it was clear carpets were not vacuumed, and there was trash left behind from previous tenants. Beautiful city and sights, but there are better and more accomodating condos. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Had reservations for 406 beach drifter for well over a month got to condo after 7 hour drive and couldn’t get them to send me instructions to get into condo . They would not answer phone or emails. I sat in the parking lot 3 hours with no response. Finally made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. The next morning they call to ask me why I canceled the condo and didn’t show up UNBELIEVABLE
If I could give less stars I would.. the “owners” will throw your chairs and belongings from outside next to the water hose into the grass because they think you should know where you can and cannot leave you’re things. Plus, there was a homeless person laying in the sand next to the boardwalk all day.
Nice, clean condos. Nothing to rave about but not much to complain about either. Beach front, private parking. Easy access to most food, shops, etc.
