I am writing this review in hopes that it reaches the owner, as I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and the treatment I received at this shop. My truck is currently at this location, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, there is a total lack of transparency regarding pricing. I am being charged an extremely abusive amount for a part that costs less than half the price at an authorized dealership. When I asked for an explanation for this markup, no one could provide a technical or logical reason. To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss this, I was met with aggressive behavior and shouting from one of the employees. Being disrespected and yelled at as a customer is completely unacceptable and shows a massive lack of professionalism. I am looking for a fair solution to this problem immediately. I expect to be treated with basic respect and to be charged a fair market price for the parts required. I hope the management takes action regarding this employee's conduct and the predatory pricing.
It a hidden gem! Local small business near my houseI I wish I knew this place sooner. The staff are very helpful and friendly. No wonder they have great reviews. ( I just visited to ask some questions )
Bayard auto is the only place to take your car if you want work done by honest people. Ive taken my families cars to several different auto shops, and Bayard auto is the only place that was honest and upfront about issues and repairs. The team is great and they always try to help you whichever way they can.
Best service and was so fast! I pulled over from the highway and he got right to work taking a look and had me up and running the next day! Great customer service too. Highly recommend!
Friendly and helpful. Thoroughly explained what my issues with my car were and what they would do to fix. Felt better taking my car here than a chain.
