My golf cart was a rebuilt when I got it 8 years ago. So it was no surprise that it needed major attention. But Jand did a great job, replacing all the electrical control parts. He kept me informed at every step and kept the cost lower than I thought possible, while using all original source parts. I am very grateful that Battery Source opened the shop in my neighborhood; and a special thanks to Jand. John B
I am thrilled to do business with this team. They are so welcoming. So far my experience is better than great.. Iv worked customer service all my life Iv had good experiences and bad. These guys are worth driving 30min wa way from home. If you work with them and they will work with you as best as they can. If you don’t like what they have to offer it’s not for you then. Very fair prices but the best part is the knowledge ledge and enjoyment this team probably get from solving your problem even if it is a headache of an old cart. Some people might disagree because xyz. I say keep your opinion over there 👈. my experience has been amazing and this store should be recognized for it. If I knew the rest of the team I would thank them as well but Iv mainly done business with Austin. Very professional and prompt and really use the resources to help. If I can sway customers your way IM GOING TO This store needs to be busy !!! (With required staffing) over all A++++. Remember it’s the little things in life that make the biggest difference.
I contacted the store before going there. They had the battery I needed on the shelf. I did not have to have the battery shipped and it was a very fair price. I went to the store and found it to be very clean and inviting. I am sure I will buy more from this store based on my experience.
Great service! Nicholas was amazing, and Jake is very professional ,they’re real experts in all kinds of golf carts. They found the parts needed to get my golf cart running. Definitely recommend this place! 👍🔧
I recently acquired a Golf Cart from Battery Source and the customer service was exceptional. They fulfilled their promises and I am extremely satisfied with the golf cart. It meets all my requirements and the customer service was top-notch. I am assured that if any issues arise with this cart, they will honor their commitment without fail. For anyone looking to purchase a golf cart or any battery-related products, I highly recommend Battery Source on State Road 13, also known as San Jose Blvd.
