Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital

After moving here I needed a vet ASAP for my 2 pups, one that was diabetic and elderly. With numerous recommendations from my neighbors I found Bartram Trail. They are top notch. All the vets and staff have been nothing but friendly, pleasant and professional. They are not just vets and staff, they make you feel like family. When making the decision to let my elderly Dallas go, Dr. Davis really helped me through it and explained everything making it as comfortable as it could be. My other pup Slinky will hopefully become a fan favorite of theirs once he stops pooping in the lobby every time he is dropped off.

I was very pleased with Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital. Unfortunately, we had to put our sweet Murphy down yesterday. 😪 I was not pleased with our usual vet (Forever Vets in WGV) so I called around to different vets to see what would be best for Murphy and Brtram Trail Vet was so compassionate, concerned, caring, and very patient on the phone with me while I was getting information for what I should do with Murphy. They were very accommodating when it was time to take him in. When we got there he was in distress from the car ride so they moved very quickly with the process to make him comfortable and so he didn't have to stress any longer. They were very good at handling him, caring for him, and they were very kind to my son and me, who were there with Murphy through the whole thing. On top of being reasonable in price, they also gave me his paw print and a lock of his hair in a little vial with a blue ribbon on it as memorabilia of Murphy, all for free. When I get another dog in the future I will definitely come back to Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital. They were exceptional with everything!

I made a last minute appointment on a Saturday and was accommodated without question. The staff are always so kind and caring. Dr Davis spent over 40 minutes with me answering all my questions with patience, care and empathy. I never felt rushed and left with a clear care plan. Dr Davis followed up later that evening with the results of my pet's test. Above and beyond. I could not be happier since switching to this veterinary hospital. Thank you.
