Bartram Trail Branch | St. Johns County Public Library System

We love visiting this location, they did away with some of the smaller kid toys/entertainment sadly and now it's a bit harder with multiple littles. The selection of books and staff has never disappointed 💜

I enjoy going to the library. I look forward to seeing what programs and activities are scheduled each month. The availability of multiple resources. The helpful courteous staff.

Hi everyone my name is Kim and I had a very sensitive matter that involved some library support that's for sure. First I called and was delighted that I spoke to Lisa, explained my situation and she reassured me that if I came by there would be someone here to assist me. Once inside (never been to this library before) I was greeted with a smile by Lisa and she directed me to Amy who was so energetic and polite and I felt a sense of ease and support. Justin came and walk me through my process on the computer and his mannerism and patience was stellar! I want to Thank them all for showing me what should be the model for libraries in this area and will be back that's is a sure thing. So if you are wondering where to go with customer service and professionalism along with a little bit humor this is definitely the place. Big Thanks to them all and I could not have done this task without you! Kim Bell
