Make sure you cross your T’s and dot your I’s before using this company. I am sharing this so no one else has to go through something like we did. Our house is less than four years old and all we asked of the builder - Greg owner @ “Barnett custom homes” was to stand behind their work and cover the small cost for the fix which was less than $4k. All I got was lies and ghosting and just like most, he passed the buck. Now I share with you the POOR Roof work that was done on our place that we had to redo. It’s amazing as a company owner myself, that owners don’t stand behind the work, like Greg. Remind me never to buy a custom home from Barnett Custom Homes. It's interesting to say the least how many call I have received since posting this review. What you see below is poor workmanship. Contractor blaming the former owner of our home and the former owner blaming the contractor. You would think in the small beach town we live in that a business owner would stand behind his or her company. It's apparent GREG does not. I had to mark 1 star because you can't post without doing so. They don't deserve #1 in my opinion. Disappointed to say the least.
