Barefoot Amelia Beach Rentals

We stayed at Ocean Lookout #2 in August of this year. The hosts were very responsive to all questions that we had as it was our first big trip with our daughter. The home was amazing, everything is well kept and very clean. The elevator on site was an added bonus for getting all of our stuff up to the second floor. Their recommendations for things to do, rentals and restaurants didn’t disappoint either. We will back next year and years to come as we had the best experience with Barefoot Amelia.

Truly beautiful and well thought out modern beach house. Wonderfully appointed, excellent views, right on the beach, and outstanding pool setup. Location is kind of perfect, easy access to a number of beachfront bars and restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Fernandina. With only three units, feels very private and makes getting groceries and such delivered a breeze. Smart TVs were a nice plus. Next time I’m bringing an EV, charging setup looks ideal. We had an excellent stay at this first-floor condo and would absolutely come back. The location couldn’t have been better—being on the first floor made access to both the pool and the beach incredibly easy and convenient. No stairs or elevators to deal with, which made a big difference when carrying beach gear or just wanting to quickly go back and forth. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property, and everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. That level of cleanliness really helped us relax and enjoy our stay from the moment we walked in. Overall, this is a perfect spot if you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and a stress-free beach getaway. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed at his condo. The condo was perfect for our family. We had our daughter and son in law and there son (20). So there was enough space for the 5 of us. Having our own bathrooms were perfect!! Clean. The whole condo was clean and well maintained . The management and staff were very good with some issues and questions I had . They were VERY fast in responding. The beach acess was perfect too. Easy to walk to, clean beaches. Thank you for leaving the bottle of wine. That was such a nice touch. We look forward to returning again to one of you rentals. Thank you very much for making our trip very relaxing and stress free. Debbie and Tom
