They offer a sit-down cheesecake “flight” where you can try three different flavors, and it’s served in a quiet, charming room that makes the whole experience feel really special and relaxed. It’s not rushed or loud at all, just a beautiful, cozy atmosphere where you can actually sit and enjoy. We loved being able to sample a few flavors before committing to a full slice. My favorite was the lemon chiffon, and my husband loved the coconut cream—both were incredible. After the tasting, you can order a full slice of your favorite, which is such a fun concept. It honestly feels more like an experience than just grabbing dessert. Highly recommend if you want something different, calm, and memorable in St. Augustine.

Quite frankly, this is the best cheesecake I have ever had in my life! I tried the caramel cheesecake, and it was absolutely incredible—rich, creamy, and completely delicious. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. Get one… or two! You won't regret it.

Bar Harbor Cheesecake was very surprising and very delicious. We went here because we saw the sign and wanted some cheesecake. We didn’t know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful interior and amazing cheesecake flights. It is intimate and great for dates. The price is fairly affordable as you get to try three delicious cheesecake slices for only nine dollars. We thought it was great and the almond wedding and key lime cheesecakes were our favorite. Highly recommend you try this place if you love cheesecake.

Had a craving for a rich and indulgent dessert (thanks pregnancy) and this hit the spot. Had some cheesecake doordashed to my place like a little gremlin and devoured it all in one sitting, the flavor I got was sooooo good!
